More speakers added for Sept. 22 Conference

The list of speakers keeps growing for the Sept. 22 conference on "Maryland's Cyber Battleground APG to Ft. Meade: The Regional Impact and Global Reach of the New Cyber Technology." Speakers include top officials from the NSA, major companies in the region, and local and state economic agencies.

The morning conference – organized by Corridor Inc., PressBox, the Greater Baltimore Committee and Center Maryland – is set for Thursday, Sept. 22, at the Hotel at Arundel Preserve, located at Arundel Mills. Click here to register, which costs $90.

In addition to keynote speaker Congressman Dutch Ruppersberger, and introdcutory remarks from Attorney General Doug Gansler, panel discussions with high-level Security, Intelligence, Business and Military officials will include:

Panelists will outline the state of cybersecurity in Maryland, what lies ahead, and most importantly, financial opportunities that exist for companies of all sizes. The panel discussions will be moderated by Ted Venetoulis, and the conference will feature a closing summary from Aris Melissaratos, Special Advisor for Enterprise Development to the President of Johns Hopkins University.
